Shipping Policy

At Pocket Proof, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not normally processed on weekends or public holidays.

During sales, holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service is specifically stated at checkout.

International shipments may take longer because of customs clearance and local carrier processing.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination, available shipping method, order size, and other applicable factors.

4. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the carrier receives the package.

5. Delayed Orders

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, customs processing, transportation disruptions, holidays, or incorrect delivery information.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with shipping issues.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

7. International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.

These charges are generally not included in the product price unless specifically stated.

8. Third-Party Fulfillment

Some products may be fulfilled or shipped by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners. Where applicable, orders may be shipped from a location different from the Pocket Proof business address.
